Inktober Day 3: Insects in music
Today's prompt on tumblr user's Saturiidays Inktober list was "Insects in music" so I decided to redraw a character I made about a year ago named the Cicada King!! They're from a project i'm working on called 'Poppet'.
Sketch was done traditionally then colored in Clip Paint!
Every 17 years the Cicada King takes the poor farmer’s barn hostage so he and his young may sing and celebrate. Their song can be heard from beyond the forest!
